TutorTrack UK is operated by T2 Automations as an offline-first, client-side utility for UK music teachers, private tutors, and independent coaches.
All student profiles, lesson logs, hourly rates, contact numbers, and bank account details are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device. No data is transmitted to, logged by, or stored on external servers.
When you click "Send via WhatsApp" or "Send via SMS", the message text and recipient phone number are formatted into a standard system URL (wa.me or sms:). Communications occur directly through your chosen messaging application.
TutorTrack UK does not use analytics cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party advertising scripts.
You retain 100% ownership of your records. You can export your data at any time in standard CSV or JSON format for your HMRC self-assessment sole trader accounts.
